A short history about the VW Touran:
The Touran has been in production since 2003 and is considered a 5-door MPV. It is, among other things, the trial vehicle for VW’s ParkAssist technology, which uses sensors to automatically parallel park. The standard powertrain is a 1.4 L I4 engine with an option for a 5-speed or 6-speed transmission. The Touran is also being used as a prototype for a VW hybrid and a Hydrogen concept car. The 2010 model has been equipped with a new engine, a 2.0 TDI I4.
HID (High-Intensity Discharge) Lights, Bulbs, Lamps -
High-Intensity Discharge lamps are a type of arc lamp. Light is made in an arc lamp when electricity jumps across two points or electrodes. Usually the arc light bulb has a vacuum inside and when electricity is pushed from one side the electricity jumps across to the other side and creates light. High-Intensity Discharge works in the same fashion except it has a big power booster.
