Nissan Altima HID Lights, Xenon Conversion Kits, Replacement Bulbs
HID xenon light bulbs help you to see much better at night. Above you’ll find a video that shows the difference between regular bulbs and xenon lamps. The video outlines the added safety that comes with having HID lights on your Nissan Altima. It could be the difference between life and death for you or someone else. You’ll see in the video that objects can be seen from hundreds of feet away at night in peripheral areas of the sight path whereas normal headlights don’t illuminate the person or object until just a few yards away.
Xenon lighting is extremely close to the type of light that we see during the day. Xenon lighting is so bright we can naturally see much better even though the lights use the same amount of energy or less. Plus an HID light bulb should last about the life of the vehicle so you probably won’t need to replace them ever again. We give you a 1 year guarantee on all our HID kits so you can make sure that your lights are working long after purchasing them.
The HID Lighthouse Kit is $64.95 and is one of the lowest prices in the industry. But don’t mistake the HID Lighthouse Kit for an imitation that you can find on EBay. A short history about the Nissan Altima:
The Altima has been produced since 1993, replacing the poor-performing Stanza. The first generation was a compact 4-door sedan and was powered by a 2.4 L I4 engine. Perhaps reflecting its California design roots, the second generation Altima was produced exclusively for the American market. Reaction to the restyling was mixed. The cabin was roomier, but less stylish, and there were other problems with the general blandness of the car. The third generation in 2002 addressed these problems and more, increasing in size to such an extent that the Altima was reclassified as a mid-size. This Altima was compared favorably against the upmarket Maxima, which had the two-fold effect of increasing Altima sales and decreasing Maxima sales. The fourth and most recent generation has expanded the standard features of the Altima to include a parking camera and a Bluetooth interface, among other luxuries.
HID (High-Intensity Discharge) Lights, Bulbs, Lamps -
High-Intensity Discharge lamps are a type of arc lamp. Light is made in an arc lamp when electricity jumps across two points or electrodes. Usually the arc light bulb has a vacuum inside and when electricity is pushed from one side the electricity jumps across to the other side and creates light. High-Intensity Discharge works in the same fashion except it has a big power booster.
