A short history about the Land Rover Range Rover:
The Range Rover is Land Rover’s luxury line of SUVs. It was first produced in 1970 and continues today. The Range Roger was originally envisioned to be a more practical, less luxurious vehicle. Its Rover V8 engine had a tendency to overheat, which was corrected with the installation of twin thermo fan technology. The second generation grew more luxurious, adding air suspension, anti-lock brakes, and a new gearbox. Third generation was designed under the stewardship of BMW and thus was geared further upmarket. This model went all out with extras, including leather seats, power seats, power sunroof, cruise control, and other amenities. The nature of the Range Rover (its low fuel economy, high carbon emission) has elicited criticism from environmental groups, from whom there have been many protests.
HID (High-Intensity Discharge) Lights, Bulbs, Lamps -
High-Intensity Discharge lamps are a type of arc lamp. Light is made in an arc lamp when electricity jumps across two points or electrodes. Usually the arc light bulb has a vacuum inside and when electricity is pushed from one side the electricity jumps across to the other side and creates light. High-Intensity Discharge works in the same fashion except it has a big power booster.
