A short history about the Jeep Compass:
The Jeep Compass is a compact crossover SUV produced since 2007, one of the first of its kind among Jeeps. The Compass represented a change of direction for Jeep, who had heretofore designed its vehicles expressly for off-road activity. The Compass, however, was targeted toward a more suburban lifestyle. Indications of this are the front-wheel drive (a first for Jeep) and the drop-off in off-road performance compared to prior models. The Compass will complete its initial run in 2012, and plans have been made to replace it with an as-yet-unnamed Fiat-based model.
HID (High-Intensity Discharge) Lights, Bulbs, Lamps -
High-Intensity Discharge lamps are a type of arc lamp. Light is made in an arc lamp when electricity jumps across two points or electrodes. Usually the arc light bulb has a vacuum inside and when electricity is pushed from one side the electricity jumps across to the other side and creates light. High-Intensity Discharge works in the same fashion except it has a big power booster.
