A short history about the Hyundai Tucson:
Produced over two generations since 2004, the Tucson is a compact crossover SUV based on the Elantra. Standard features for the first generation included electronic stability control and folding backseats, allowing the Tucson to make the most of its limited cargo capacity. The Tucson FCEV is one of the test vehicles for Hyundai’s hydrogen fuel cell cars. It has a range of 186 miles and a hydrogen storage tank with a 40 gallon capacity. The second and current generation features increased performance and fuel economy thanks to its new 2.4 L I4 engine. The Tucson gets 200 horsepower besting previous V6 models. A particular focus of this generation’s revamp has been safety. Consequently, features such as Downhill Brake Control, rear-view camera, and an Emergency Stop Signal, whereby the hazard lights are tripped in the event of a sudden “panic” stop.
HID (High-Intensity Discharge) Lights, Bulbs, Lamps -
High-Intensity Discharge lamps are a type of arc lamp. Light is made in an arc lamp when electricity jumps across two points or electrodes. Usually the arc light bulb has a vacuum inside and when electricity is pushed from one side the electricity jumps across to the other side and creates light. High-Intensity Discharge works in the same fashion except it has a big power booster.
