Honda Prelude HID Lights, Xenon Conversion Kits, Replacement Bulbs
The informational video above explains how HID technology mimics actual sunlight by utilizing a special color spectrum. This enables drivers to make clear distinctions on the road. Objects that would have been unclear with halogen lamps are perfectly contrasted and colored with the xenon lamps. This way the driver is provided with ample time to make corrections while driving.

A short history about the Honda Prelude:
Honda Prelude was a sports coupe made from 1978-2001 over five generations. It replaced the S800. The Prelude was roundly praised for its handling and for its quickness given is 75 horsepower engine. This first generation also introduced the trademark moon roof, which became standard on Prelude. There were light cosmetic changes to the second and third generations (including the addition of pop-up headlights), but in the third generation an option was gained for four wheel-steering, greatly improving turn radius. Thanks to its low hood line, the Prelude had a low center of gravity, which allowed the car to remain control during high speeds. This is evidenced in Road and Track’s slalom speed test, in which the 1987 prelude out-performed every car tested, including several muscle cars such as the Lamborghini. The fourth generation discarded the pop-up taillights, as they added to drag whenever activated. The moon roof also was replaced with a sunroof to reduce air noise. The fifth and final generation saw a slight return to the Preludes more square-bodied roots in response to the sales drop-off following the fourth generation’s redesign. It didn’t work however, and since sales were never particularly strong to begin with, the Prelude was canceled in 2001.
HID (High-Intensity Discharge) Lights, Bulbs, Lamps -
High-Intensity Discharge lamps are a type of arc lamp. Light is made in an arc lamp when electricity jumps across two points or electrodes. Usually the arc light bulb has a vacuum inside and when electricity is pushed from one side the electricity jumps across to the other side and creates light. High-Intensity Discharge works in the same fashion except it has a big power booster. Click Here To Read More About HID Xenon Lights
