Honda Civic HID Lights, Xenon Conversion Kits, Replacement Bulbs
The above video details how the xenon technology uses a color spectrum similar to that of the sun, creating the affect of actual daylight. This enables drivers to see clearly without strain, while seeing increased contrast and colors. The lamps have the same affect on oncoming traffic: other drivers on the road will not be distracted.

A short history about the Honda Civic:
Apart from the Toyota Corolla, the Honda Civic is the longest continuously running Japanese model. It was one of only three Honda (the other two being the Accord and the Prelude) that were marketed in the United States until the 1990s. It was originally produced as a subcompact in 1973 in anticipation of higher oil prices. The Civic gradually increased in size and power through each successive generation, moving up to compact status in 2000. The eighth and current generation is available in North America as a coupe or a sedan, with a 2.0 L I4, 197 horsepower engine. A ninth generation is planned for release in 2012, promising a full scale revamp necessitated by the Civic’s outgrowing of its compact roots.q
HID (High-Intensity Discharge) Lights, Bulbs, Lamps -
High-Intensity Discharge lamps are a type of arc lamp. Light is made in an arc lamp when electricity jumps across two points or electrodes. Usually the arc light bulb has a vacuum inside and when electricity is pushed from one side the electricity jumps across to the other side and creates light. High-Intensity Discharge works in the same fashion except it has a big power booster.
