You’ll be able to see much better and identify objects much faster. In addition to safety HID lighting is easier on our eyes and less strenuous. If you get headaches easily from straining while trying to see at night an HID xenon conversion could help to relieve stress and headaches.

HID lights come in a range of colors, from yellow to white to blue to purple. The lower the number the “warmer” the color and the higher the number the “cooler” the color. When it comes to car headlights you want HID lights that are going to be from 3000K for super bright yellow fog lights to white, blue and purple headlights. The standard white is what most people have and not all colors are legal, unfortunately.

A short history about the Ford Festiva:
Formerly the Kia Pride, the Ford Festiva was a subcompact originally sold in North America from 1988-1993. It was available as a three or five-door hatchback and as a four-door sedan. Initially selling well, it declined in part due to the trend away from small fuel-efficient cars in the early 1990s. Seven Festivas were customized by Chuck Beck and Rick Titus. The two made a host of changes (not least which installing a SHO 3.0 L V6 engine) that gave the car incredible acceleration, going from 0-60 mph in 4.6 seconds. These seven were known as SHOguns. A second generation Festiva was developed in 1994, essentially remaining the same car but with a more modern, rounded body style. In North America, this became the Ford Asprire.
HID (High-Intensity Discharge) Lights, Bulbs, Lamps -
High-Intensity Discharge lamps are a type of arc lamp. Light is made in an arc lamp when electricity jumps across two points or electrodes. Usually the arc light bulb has a vacuum inside and when electricity is pushed from one side the electricity jumps across to the other side and creates light. High-Intensity Discharge works in the same fashion except it has a big power booster.
